from Los Angeles from Burbank 30-minutes 20-minutes Santa Clarita is proud to be situated in the middle of everything and is the fourth largest city in Los Angeles County. We’re located in a picturesque valley 20 minutes north of Burbank and a 30-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. We’re also south of the Sierra Pelona Mountain range, north of the Santa Susanna and San Gabriel Mountain ranges in Southern California, offer easy access to California Interstate I-5 and State Route 14 –– the most direct route to Las Vegas –– and offer a lengthy list of activities for all ages. BETWEEN THE SAND & THE SNOW Santa Clarita is a one-hour drive from the beaches of Santa Monica near Los Angeles or the beaches of Ventura County. About 30 minutes north is Frazier Park for playing in the snow. To the northeast, Mountain High’s 8,200-foot summit provides Southern California’s closest ski and snowboarding resort. WORLD CLASS THRILL RIDES & THEME PARKS If you love theme parks, there’s no better place to be than Santa Clarita. The exciting roller coasters of Six Flags Magic Mountain and the exhilarating water slides of Six Flags Hurricane Harbor are practically in our back yard. We’re also centrally located to Universal Studios Hollywood, as well as Disneyland Resort and Knott’s Berry Farm in Orange County. VisitSantaClarita.com 17
